So… here’s a thing.  I seem to have accidentally humanized the Ace of Fours.

And it really was an accident!

There I was, just innocently doodling some new character designs one evening, and I came up with this guy who had three diamond shapes going down his shirt and one hanging from his hat.  Then I doodled a bossy girl character to harass him and gave her a heart on her chest.  Figured they were playing cards.  Sure, why not anthropomorphize some playing cards?  The bossy girl is obviously an Ace, and she’s probably press-ganged this harmless Four into aiding and abetting her in her grand scheme to win all the card games by manipulating the rest of the deck.

And then I was like, oh I just drew them looking like they’re in a bit of peril!  I wonder what might be happening?  Tee-hee, I should stick them in Aperture, that’s a pretty dangerous place!  Haha, I’ll start dooding that right now.  But why on Earth would there be playing cards in… in… w…wait.  Oh.

I swear I came by it honestly!  And I kind of regret nothing. XD
