Some older drawings of Bot!Wheatley.  I’ve since tweaked his design a bit, and just generally gotten better at drawing him (seeing as I can’t seem to stop myself from filling up my sketchbooks with the guy).

My idea for the chassis is fairly self-evident, I think?  His side ports would be flooded with wires that would suspend him from the ceiling, and the giant claws would mimic the movements of his arms.  I figure the floor-panels/shields would mimic the movements of his legs, so drawing up his knees protectively would raise the shields.  Awww!
